Classroom courses are conducted in person at a specific location, with Instructor guideance and facilitation.
In-Class courses focus on teaching foundational principles, which can be adapted to a wide range of condtions, emergencies and circumstances.
Hands-on application of practical skills is emphasized, with just enough theory components to practice making clinical decisions in First Aid and CPR scenarios.
Most of our Classroom courses are conducted in our facility at 2011 Daimler Drive, West Kelowna, BC...however we can make arrangements to host a course at a location of your choosing, in your local community or at your workplace.
Online courses are conducted at your own computer, in your home or workplace...at your own pace and a time of your choosing.
After registration...you'll be provided with your login access and password, so you can get started whenever you have time.
You can complete your Online course all at once...or over several short sessions. There is no time limit on how long it takes you to finish your course.
If you log off before completing a particular module...you can pick up again right where you left off whenever it's convenient for you.
Once you've completed your Online course...you will be able to download and print your Certificate, and you can access an electronic record of your Certification whenever you want.
Blended courses are delivered as a combination of both Online and In-Class formats.
You start your Blended course by completing most of the theory components in an Online format...at your own computer and your own pace; then you attend a shortened classroom session to complete your Certification.
In comparison to traditional courses...you only spend about HALF the amount of time in-class...saving you daycare costs or lost work time, and leaving you more time for family or leisure. You get the benefits of Online flexibility and the in-person guidance of an experienced Instructor.
The classroom portion of our Blended courses can be conducted in our facility...or at a location of your choosing, in your local community or at your workplace.
